Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference. This new set of double hung windows gives the customer a commanding view from their bedroom!

As for the work. Leave that to the pros. First, we cut out space l for new window, then moved the existing framing, then installed a new header across the bigger opening to carry the weight of the exterior wall (very important), then installed the new window. Finally, we sprayed foam and caulk around the window and between the new boards to seal out the cold air. BOOM - small changes still take work, but it’s your forever home.
